11:15am, for an extended 2 hr. lunch ride. (~36 miles)

The day had all the potential for a true Belgian ride, but alas it was not
to be, the temp hovered between 43 and 46, ok, but no wind and no
precipitation. Bob L and I did 25 at true recovery pace or maybe just
slightly faster but still a real recovery ride not the COWS version. A
little cool, but no real wind head or tail.
Enjoyable ride and great to be out.
Bob and I will be riding tomorrow, will post time in the am
