Great job Steven and Bob! Awesome time in your swim David! I spent the
morning along with Linda Cavas running the Bookin'it 5k! Place 1st overall
time of 21.51. Linda was 2nd in the womens group overall! Fun race but hot
for this time of year at 9am!

Lol. But really great job. Nice avg for 100 miles. Seems everyone did a lot
more work then I did today. I did the swim portion of the white lake half.
33 min and I was out and done. A nap while the next guy cycled and got a tan
while the last guy ran. That's the way to do a tri I tell you. It was hotter
then hell out there and I think everyone was suffering on the bike and run.
Jon Anderson again finished strong....top 30. Great place for a race if not
so dang hot. Brought back bad memories of two years ago when I about died
doing all three. On the beach having a few recovery drinks now. Mmmmmmm

Bob was incredible on his bike and did his share of some hard work. Bob is
always a joy to ride with. We did do a good pace for 100 miles. To ride it
in a little over 5 hours was a milestone for me. The course was very well
supported and well marked. The sag stops had a great selection of food and
drink. I would love to do this ride again next year.
Need some recovery food and drink.
