It's the @gt5 paragraph in setup.ini (I think).
It certainly breaks the build process for me.
sdesc: and ldesc: are properly enclosed with "".
Dunno: maybe it's the ~ in the filename.
It is indeed the only occurrence of that punctuation under release/.
