Well, I downloaded a fresh instance of Ganymede, installed it and
deployed Cypal as recommended
and it showed up as expected in my Preferences. I'm guessing there's
an interaction with some other plugin
I have installed (and I've got quite a few of those). Thanks for the
earlier help.
