FWIW,

Using an existing Ganymede release (official release but probably
needs some updates):
If i put the Cypal jars directly in the dropins folder, it works.
If i put the Cypal jars in a dropins/plugins/Cypal, etc it does not
work.

So since i don't have anything else in my dropins dir, I just leave
them in there.
