Wrong.  Even in Galt's Gulch, you still want privacy, 
against accidental disclosure, for instance.  And entities
are free to intercept anything that disturbs their aether;
there's certainly RF in utopia.  People use envelopes even
in Eden.

Even if everyone is a perfect driver, still prudent to wear seatbelts.
