For what? If it's permissible to press charges for sending sarcastic
email now, then it is surely possible to press charges for sending
threatening email to mailing lists. Besides, if you actually find some
court official who is dumb enough to try and pursue your case, then
using the exact same legal reasoning I and the several hundred other
people you mailed *your* threat to can also press charges.
Think about that. Don't think too hard, though. The brain is like a
muscle; don't exercise it too much at once after it has atrophied
