Yep, there were checkbox options for gui bios, better quality microphones, upgraded drive, spyware monitoring, that sort of things. Really good customer service too. Of course amazon could open a will call desk at your local distribution center. Pay a crackhead 20 euro to go pay and bring you a laptop.
