This might be nitpicking, but "a Python to C compiler" is a questionable tagline for what Cython is/does... That's a description of something like shedskin isn't it?

I've created https://github.com/cython , but haven't started to migrate the rest of the stuff over. I'm thinking we can still stick with the push-to-main option for the core developers (which seems to still be appropriate for our project right now, and also works well with stuff like the build-bot), but can easily fork for experimental work, reviews, and anyone else who wants to contribute. Fortunately, with a DVCS, we don't have to "flip the switch" all at once. I'll be migrating the site off of the VM and the trac/wiki out to GitHub soonish (and this will probably be a flip-the-switch kind of thing), but would welcome any help.
