Currently there is no search functionality for translations on launchpad. Can't you use a branch for syncing with launchpad? E.g. To allow svn edits in trunk you put launchpad downloads into the branch, merge with trunk, create a new branch and upload that to launchpad again. I don't want to search by hand whenever i have to change a already translated string and i don't want to wait until all strings for the german language are translated to be able to start with improvements. So we have to find a way to do syncs between svn and launchpad.
