Hi all,

I vote against taking a leap of faith and releasing a quick 2.4 with the
hashed-storage code. I think we should merge the code into the mainline as
quick as possible, trying to review it for at most a few weeks. After that, we
should be running the darcs with hashed-storage as our own daily darcsen to
test the code until the 2.4 release, and fix issues as they arise. That way we
can be reasonably sure that it will be as stable as every other darcs release.

Ganesh, can you tell us some areas that are in need of further review? I, and
hopefully others, may be able to look at those.

Reinier
