At the moment we have a single button appearing when a Lr .xmp is found.
This does not seems to be ok (to say the less) to some people as seen on
IRC.

A design on IRC is not that easy, so let me try to draw some idea here.

- Some batch are probably needed and I think that adding an option to
the import dialog to automatically apply Lr .xmp if present should
  be handy.

- As I have also said I'd like to be able to apply an Lr .xmp one-by-one
in the develop module to look at the result and adjust if necessary.

- It is also needed to apply a Lr .xmp after importing when the Lr
import module is enhanced. In fact I do expect to have more iop
mapped to Lr development. It is also sure that the current mapping
  will be improved a bit.

So I came to an idea:

  - remove the current button in the darkroom module

  - add an entry into the quick access to style for Lr
.xmp style if found for the image. To me applying
a Lr .xmp is indeed really close to applying a style.

Looks like a good compromise. How does that sounds?
