Hi,
I have the following problem:
Error message reported by Darktable (started from darktable -d memory ) and
also occurs from gui start:
When trying to export a picture (primary e):
(darktable:32210): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_strlcpy: assertion `src != NULL' failed
[imageio_storage_latex] could not create directory: `'!
Details are:
Darktable 1.1.3
Built from source for a slackware system (SalixOS). Build completes
successfully, installs successfully, imports successfully.
Here are the results of a "locate latex" command:
skk[Pictures]$ locate latex
/usr/share/mc/syntax/latex.syntax
/usr/share/geany/filetypes.latex
/usr/share/zim/templates/latex
/usr/share/zim/templates/latex/Article.tex
/usr/share/zim/templates/latex/Part.tex
/usr/share/zim/templates/latex/Report.tex
/usr/share/darktable/latex
/usr/share/darktable/latex/photobook.cls
/usr/man/man1/pod2latex.1.gz
/usr/doc/lilo-23.2/doc/rlatex
/usr/bin/pod2latex
/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/zim/formats/latex.pyc
/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/zim/formats/latex.py
/usr/lib64/darktable/plugins/imageio/storage/liblatex.so
I have checked permissions, tried different directories on internal and
external drives and also a USB stick.
Also, 32bit package produced on same hardware (different install, NOT multilib)
works flawlessly...
Could someone please point me towards what I am doing wrong - I would greatly
appreciate it :-)
If more information is needed I have the build log, but it is quite large.
Thanks for your time (and the program!)
Shane.
