Actually, I guess this must have something to do with thumbnail creation. I can easily trigger the crash with
$ rm -rf ~/.cache/darktable
and then scrolling up throught the photo collection. Now darktable
always crashes immediately when I start it. I have attached a ggb
backtrace of this.
If too many threads get started as Johannes suggests, then maybe the
scheduling logic is broken?
Anything else I can try?
