I use DT 1.6.2 in Gentoo. gphoto2 --port usb: --capture-image-and-download work fine. But DT did not recognize the camera. Do I need to upgrade DT? I use libgphoto2-2.5.7 and gphoto2-2.5.6. I've been thinking to copy the slide images on your computer (Dark Table) and the Nikon D610 camera. Working tethering should be fine. Sorry my bad english.
