Hi Sutirtha, happy to hear - and yes, of course: if you or somebody else here takes some time to merge in Census 2011 IDs into my dataset - perhaps starting with one state for the time being, such as UP - that would be very helpful to many people.
I expect there will be quite a bit of fuzzy matching involved, though - which is one reason why it would be good if somebody were to test whether the workflow you suggest works out, so that we get an idea of how much effort would be involved to do this at scale...
