DBD::FreeTDS is dead (I guess it should really be removed from
CPAN...)
Try downloading the FreeTDS libraries (http://www.freetds.org) and
then using DBD::Sybase (use 0.91, as 0.93 doesn't build with FreeTDS
at the moment.)
