OK will do going to bed now, but I will send you for your sake on the liswt code my diff that I have been working on mind you just use the list.c and related functions and I belive it will help you to understand a little bit more about glib which has it's own quirks. But at least you will have a tested and working list.c implementation and you have good example code through most of imap and all of pop3. Thanks, leif
