You are wrong.

I have folders in IMAP4:
INBOX           - 16 messages
mail
mail/Test       - 1 message

When I connect via POP3, I get:
+OK DBMAIL pop3 server ready to rock <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
user test
+OK Password required for test
pass password
+OK test has 17 messages (74545 octets)
list
+OK 17 messages (74545 octets)

So, via POP3 I _can_ get all messages from _all_ folders.
