is that the reason for all broken image links?

for example
dbpedia:SomeResource
foaf:depiction  
<http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/N/N/Resource_image.jpg>
.

most values for foaf:depiction are different from the real values at
wikipedia...
the differences appear at commons/langtag and N assuming other numeric values...
dbpedia values for depiction are returning 404
