hey, that was easier than i thought.

jim, it appears that Lynx reads all the database scripting just fine.  i
changed the 1965-1969 links on the following page:

http://www.shallwego.net/deadlists/year_menu.htm

to read directly from the database.

i was then able to use "P) Print To File" for one of the years.  i gave it
the file name of 1969.txt, for example, and it saved the file to my computer
as a text file.  no problems at all.

it could use some formatting, but it functions just fine.

let me know if this works for you.  btw, i do get a Lynx message about
cookies when retrieving the database info, but i just accept it and it
processes normally.
