My main desktop under aptosid is KDE, but I've installed also LXDE, XFCE
and openbox.

I have tried this, but without any success.
In LXDE there also is such a setting to activate Gnome Services, but
also this I've tried without success.

My solution for this error was to compile the source myself with
checkinstall to build an own deb-Package. And this own package doesn't
have this bug. I took the source of the original Pan-Homepage.
