I encountered this issue too. By the way, it appears that I can't find
any information
about the 1.7.4-2.1+b1 version. The version number lets me think it is a
NMU, but
who uploaded it? With which changes?… these questions remain unknown to me!

Oh and looking at the git tree[1], it seems that Nicolas pulled upstream
version 1.9.1 (development release) and version 1.8.2 (stable release),
so if these version are in good shape, Laszlo might upload them in the
archive.
