+bx means binary NMU (x increments from one). It's an automatic
rebuild of a package (ie without any changes) when any build
dependency has a major change that warrants a rebuild of dependant
packages.

 Unfortunately Nicolas is busy nowadays. The build process is mostly
OK for them, expect that locales go to a cinnamon subdir as far as I
can remember. But mostly it seems Cinnamon went into an
x-window-manager alternative instead of an x-session-manager
alternative. May try to fix everything, but don't count on me. I've
twentyfive packages to make (ITPed) and more on my list.
