For the apps, basically you can pick any KDE Qt5 app except :
- Plasma configuration elements
- Kopete
- Okular

Affected apps notably include :
- System settings
- Dolphin
- Kontact
- KDE Games
... actually 80% of all the apps have their "OK/Apply/Cancel" buttons
untranslated in French + configure keyboard shortcuts window untranslated.
