Even if it's just uploaded to experimental, it would be great to have zotero 5 standalone ready (firefox 57 is almost there), even if the new connector is ignored for now. This one will be easier to package later and it will probably not be the hardest part (provided that webextensions tools get packaged, which I guess will be, as there are a lot of other extensions which would otherwise be removed from sid). In the meantime, we would be able to test the standalone app with the connector installed from the zotero website.
