/usr/share/man/man1/ssh.1.gz in openssh-client (which is based on the

The 4-clause BSD license is clearly DFSG-free since it is listed as an 
example of a free license in section 10 of the DFSG (BSD licences with
fewer clauses did not exist at the time when the DFSG were written).
