Please report the output of: dpkg -l libpng12-0 dpkg -S libpng12.so.0 ls -l /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpng12.so.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpng12.so.0 After this, if nothing depends on it then just purge libpng12-0 and try again. -- ciao, Marco
