In addition, some comments from me: Is there a reason for the debhelper 11 level, or could it move to the latest 13? Also, the Standards-Version should move to 4.7.0. I suspect the package description should mention Dell PERC and perhaps other rebranded editions of the LSI controller. Feel free to list me and Jérémy as uploaders.
