I have an English O-level grade B which is higher than many Brits have,
in my experience :)

I think a word dropped out during editing... It should probably be
"if you want the upgrade procedure ..." or perhaps s/want/tell/,
you decide what's clearer :)

Hmm, again, I don't really see that this makes much difference.
That said, if I'm going to change it anyway, I might as well make this
change; I'm not bothered either way but it'll make you happy :)
