Hi,

Some files in /usr/share/doc/clamav/examples/phishing (namely regex_opt.py,
update_iana_data.sh and update_iana_tld.sh) have the executable bit set but do
not have a (correct) shebang line. According to execve(2) the shebang line is
supposed to be the first line in the script ('a script starting with a line
of the form "#! interpreter [arg]"'). lintian complains about this as
"executable-not-elf-or-script". Please fix that.

TIA,
Sebastian

PS: There are some more lintian warnings which are really easy to fix, like a
couple "zero-byte-file-in-doc-directory" and "extra-license-file". Please fix
those as well.
