Of the non-Recommended packages involved, the only really big one is
libaqbanking-data, and that's big because it has a giant database of all
the banks in the world and their bank ID. This part, at least, should
be optional, but it would be up to the aqbanking maintainer to decide
how feasible that is.

At the same time, libaqbanking-data is 2.8 MB. I do not have all the
recommended packages installed; is one of them particularly large? It
would be helpful to have the details.

Also, I would note that at current disk prices, 26 MB of disk space
costs less than a penny. Accordingly, this will not be a major priority
for me unless you can give me a more specific usage case.
