As a counter-example, there are clauses requiring indemnification in http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/p/postfix/current/copyright (under 4. I think this licence is ambiguous and should be discouraged, but I haven't identified any particular DFSG concerns with libio-pager-perl.
