I don't really understand how that is relevant. The README.source has way too much information that I don't need. A TopGit CDBS snippet IMnsHO needs to have a short README.source which explains exactly what needs to be done, assuming that the person knows CDBS and TopGit/Git (and if not, there are seperate docs for that).
