Hi, Would you mind doing your homework? This issue has been reported on the 20 Sep 2004, and it's still not fixed.
It was in Sarge, Etch, and in Lenny it's still affecting everybody. There are many environment when the capability module is just not available... If you do not wish to maintain this package, then just orphan it please, but we all do need to have the --without-capability option added to the ./configure script call.
