If you do not wish to maintain this package, then just orphan it please,
but we all do need to have the --without-capability option added to the
./configure script call.
The README of Pure-FTPd says:
Pure-FTPd will try to use it in order to enhance security.
I don't know about capabilities, but enhancing security seems to be a good
thing to me.
Also other packages depend also on libcap.
I don't mind fixing this bug, but I would like to know why. Please :-).
