Since you had problems uncompressing the html file, I put it at

I had a problem uncompressing using the Debian package.
But I had no problem with the executable that I built for myself.
(I did get a copy of the page, from the attachment in the bug-report).
If you still cannot reproduce it, I can run valgrind later but I've to
catch a flight now.
