Scratch that--those files were taking up too much space. Instead, I offer you an invitation to send me an encrypted email to which I will likewise reply with the details of how to SFTP the files (522MB, but you should get at least 4 MB/sec bandwidth from this end) for the actual vm condition you requested (even better--I did an aptitude --download-only --dist-upgrade prior to the save). Also, I ran it beforehand in the constrained configuration (1 GB root, no swap) to ensure this fails identically, and it obliged me.
