I don't think I've seen that particular one before, though like several others it's a warning being treated as an error because dask.distributed now does that (in setup.cfg).
debci doesn't appear to have run yet. (If it does and fails, note that there's a retry button next to failure reports. Given how tight we are on time (we need to be in testing by the 12th), I'd rather not re-upload (restarting the migration clock) if we don't have to.)
Also, we need to close this bug (by email _not_ by uploading).
