The issue is that freedom (as in free of speech / libre) is at the very
core of Debian ("Debian is a complete Free Operating System!"), so there
is a difference in the impact compared to other blends' (Med, Edu,
whatever). You are proposing something that claims to be *the* libre
version of Debian. So you are sending the message to the rest of the
Debian community that what we are building and making available to our
users (and agreed via a GR) is not what we are promising.
