Cool idea. But would it help Debian except of being a big social developer
event ?
Apart from the organizational problems it would only make sense if there's
a track of technical talks about mostly internal stuff (debhelper,
wannabuild, HPML project, ports status, policy questions, etc.).
I believe if well organized and highly technical it would be very useful.
