I'm not one of the head maintainers, so I have no comment on the costs
borne by all of you. However, from my perspective as Eshell maintainer,
I've always appreciated the extra eyes from head maintainers when I'd
like to merge something into the release branch. It really doesn't feel
like much of a cost to me.
