as already said in private mail, I’d be interested in starting a team effort for haskell libraries, comparable to the Debian Perl Group, but I guess the haskell compiler is a quite different beast, and too much for me. I’m wondering, Ian, what are your reasons to pass over ghc maintenance? Is it time constrains on your side, have you lost interested or is it the Debian-internal issues and politics (e.g. problems with buildds)?
