The transition from the old FTP Masters team to the new DFSG team has caused a 
large backlog in NEW.  Everyone is in the same boat, waiting for packages that 
have been stuck in NEW for a while.  However, now that the transition has been 
completed, it is hoped that packages will begin to move through NEW quickly 
now.
