I started to rebuild the 299 affected packages yesterday.  

At present I have 249 done of which 183 succeed, 66 fail.  The pattern
looks similar to previous transitions (e.g. bug #704044): a mixture of
broken tools (e.g. moq, #704045), boost changes, and boost bugs
(#707389)
