Te falta la variable Language.... quizas la forma mas sencilla es usar
el paquete user-es de sanguino, dentro tienes un script "castellanizar"
te pone todo correcto para usuarios castellanos.
He visto que hay en sid... user-euro-es... que supongo te lo pone para
usar el euro... Prueba.
