    You said it wasn't sorted, I pointed out that it was.  Not my fault you
don't find it helpful.  However, if you've ever used ircII, which is what
both EPIC and BX are based off of you'd find out something rather
interesting.  Its help is alphabetical as well.  In fact, most help systems
are alphabetical and nothing more, especially in the IRC world.  Deal with it.

    No, it is IRC as a whole, not just any particular network.  Channel
managers/ops can do what they like with channels because, in effect, they
own the channels.

    How do you know that was the case this time?  How do you know it wasn't
just a temporary ban?  I am a big proponent of temporary bans, btw, so
please, stop preaching to the choir.
