Did you buy your drive in a consumer box, or was it gray market? The only harddisks that I ever had a problem with (WD and Seagate) were purchased gray market (no box, just wrapped in antistatic plastic) from the local twaiwan row. I will NEVER buy a gray market HD again. === Amateur Radio, when all else fails!
