I haven't studied what that rule does, but you haven't copied it accurately. You've misspelled nat, turned backticks into quotes (` -> '), and missed a backtick completely. It's the mismatched quotes that give you the ">"; it's waiting for you to finish. Also, the backslash is there to continue a line; it doesn't make sense in the middle of a line.
