Hi I am using KDE on 6.0.0, knetworkmanager uses auto eth0 to get a DHCP address. I have added a wired connection for a static address, but each time i reboot it uses the auto eth0 and i want a static address. Here is my setup:
# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system # and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5). # The loopback network interface auto lo iface lo inet loopback # The primary network interface allow-hotplug eth0 #NetworkManager#iface eth0 inet dhcp Cheers Mark -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
